Open source software forerunner THINK joins EnterpriseDB’s global ranks of Postgres distribution partners

EDB now has a partnership with THINK, a technology systems integrator and services provider that is recognized as an early adopter of Red Hat software.
Based in the Nord-Pas de Calais, THINK specializes in developing and supporting IT systems utilizing Red Hat, VMware, HP and EMC solutions for mid-sized and large enterprises. The company provides technology solutions as well as consulting, support and training. THINK will provide French-language Postgres training and support.

THINK has developed internal Postgres expertise but the firm will work with EDB to expand its ranks of professionals certified for Postgres Plus Advanced Server, EDB’s database. THINK will provide end user support for most customer scenarios while EDB will augment THINK’s support capabilities for a small number. THINK will also offer in France the specialized Postgres training courses EDB has developed. Finally, the agreement calls for co-marketing and go-to-market collaboration.
